• Active license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years in a similar retail/service role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and stay current on trends.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to empower all clients and staff.
• Uphold Sephora standards and contribute to a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
