Sephora in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours. You will guide clients at the Beauty Studio, provide makeup and waxing services, and stay current on beauty trends. Licensing and reliable attendance are required to ensure high standards of service.

Holidays, weekends, and evening shifts may be needed; offer includes healthcare and inclusive, supportive team culture. Hourly pay ranges from $21.75 to $24.88 per hour depending on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
