Job summary

Sephora in Pittsburgh is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other services, share beauty knowledge, and help customers discover products in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide and rebook beauty services, service clients, and sell products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
