Sephora Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time work at the Village Pointe store. You’ll guide clients on their beauty journey, perform services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, and share product knowledge to empower shoppers.

The role requires an active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash applications, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a team player mindset. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork and promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
