Sephora in Omaha, NE is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor at NE-Village Pointe (0222). You’ll guide clients at the Beauty Studio, perform makeup and waxing services, and provide product education in a dynamic retail setting.

The role is part-time, hourly, with a 15–29 hr/week schedule; must hold an active license and have 1–3 years’ experience, plus strong product knowledge and client service skills. Belong to something beautiful.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing; stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; follow health protocols.
