Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock, CO is hiring a full-time Barber - Stylist who loves the craft and wants more opportunity. You’ll deliver cuts, color, fades and grooming while building lasting client relationships in a busy shop with strong walk-in traffic.

We offer uncapped commissions starting at 40% with growth up to 55%, plus a guaranteed minimum hourly wage. Typical earnings range $33.50-$66.00 per hour, with bonuses and plenty of room to grow your book.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology license required.
• Ability to deliver high-quality client experience and service.
• Willingness to grow professionally and be part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable, motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
