Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our network of salons in the United States. Your chair, your income—with top earners averaging $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips and potential to reach $100K+ per year, based on performance and hours.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings as demand for YOU increases. Walk-ins welcome from day one, plus strong marketing supports.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you have a client book to grow commissions.
