Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Westminster, MD is seeking Licensed Barbers to join a high-volume team. You’ll cut, color, and consult with guests from day one, with walk-in customers and strong marketing filling your chair.

Pay is performance-based with opportunities to earn 45–88+ USD per hour (tips included) and commissions up to 75% plus an 8-level ladder and 12 price levels to grow earnings. Benefit from PTO, advanced education, health plans, 401(k), and recognition programs while building

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
