Qualifications

• Must have a state-registered barber or cosmetologist license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Proficient in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you have an existing client book to grow commissions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cuts, fades, color, and grooming services.
• Consult with guests to determine desired styles and manage expectations.
• Drive earnings through service plus retail commissions and tips in a high-volume environment.
