Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is looking for licensed barbers to join a busy, high-earning team. You’ll cut, color, and consult with guests, building loyalty from day one.

Compensation is performance-based, with commissions and tips. Top earners exceed $100K annually with 30+ hours per week. We provide the chair, a high-traffic location, ongoing training, and a generous benefits package in a flexible scheduling model.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist required.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform barbering services (cuts, fades, color) for clients.
• Provide professional consultations and build guest relationships.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
