Your pay is performance-based with an average of $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips; up to 75% commission, 8-level ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings. Benefits include PTO, education, 401(k), and more.

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license required (state-specific).
