Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our growing network of salons. You can earn based on performance with a 75% commission structure and a clear 8-level career ladder that rewards growth. Multiple price levels allow you to raise your earnings as your client base expands.

Qualifications

• Barber license (state-specific) required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexible for night/weekend/holiday shifts to maximize earnings.
• Experience with cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services such as cuts, fades, and color to walk-in guests.
• Consult with clients to determine styles and recommend services.
• Build and maintain a strong client base to maximize earnings via commissions and tips.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the chair busy and customers satisfied.
