Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers in Illinois. Your pay is based on performance with a chair, strong guest loyalty, and a 75% commission structure that drives earnings. Walk-in guests help you start cutting from day one, with marketing support to keep the chair busy.

Top earners report $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips), with $100K+ annual potential. Benefits include PTO, education, and retirement options.
