Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a licensed barber in New Jersey to join a high-performing team. You’ll cut, fade, color, and consult with clients to deliver great styles from day one, with strong earning potential through commissions and tips.

Walk-in ready with marketing support, flexible scheduling, and a robust benefits package to help you grow your career while increasing your income. State licenses and work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Proficiency in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points for bringing a book of clients to grow both earnings and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to clients with precision and care.
