Our Firm is currently looking to expand our National Family Immigration practice. If you are a newly licensed attorney or an attorney interested in learning about Immigration Law, and seeking to start your career with a firm that offers professional growth and job stability, this is the opportunity for you.

We are seeking applicants for the position of Immigration Attorney in Puerto Rico. Reliable and dedicated candidates willing to train remotely with our National Immigration team are encouraged to apply. Travel for litigation in EOIR court may be required. Only serious candidates need apply.

Job Summary: This position requires a self-starter with the discipline to work remotely. You will learn all aspects of Family Immigration from experienced attorneys. The work can be challenging but rewarding as you assist clients with their legal needs. Work schedule will be Sunday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.

Our firm encourages newly licensed attorneys to apply, as prior experience is not required. Full-time employees enjoy a collaborative environment, competitive pay, and performance incentives.

  • As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will maintain regular contact with clients and communicate promptly.
  • You will manage case files effectively and efficiently, demonstrating productivity.
  • Entry-level candidates or those without extensive Immigration experience are encouraged to apply. A JD from an accredited law school is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and home office technology is necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the US are required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
