Job Summary:

The Licensed Athletic Trainer Pool provides comprehensive athletic health care according to an evaluation and treatment protocol established by the athletic trainer and approved by the consulting physician. Services include injury or illness prevention, evaluation, management, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency care during physical activity. The team participates in activities aimed at enhancing patient/athlete care. Other duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Relevant outreach athletic trainer experience is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training program or related field is required.

Licensure:

Wisconsin licensure as an Athletic Trainer and certification by the Board of Certification (BOC) are required. AHA BLS certification or equivalent must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
