Job summary

Encore Rehabilitation Services seeks a Licensed Athletic Trainer to cover athletic events and support the Sports Medicine team. You will render physician-directed treatments, assess injuries, and refer athletes for further care as needed.

You will maintain athlete records, communicate status to coaches, and collaborate with team physicians to keep players safely active and properly treated.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible/certified through NATA/BOC.
• Eligible/licensed through Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers.
• Graduation from an approved college/university.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned athletic events as scheduled.
• Provide treatments as directed by physicians.
• Assess injuries and refer to physicians as needed.
• Maintain records on athletes and communicate status to coaches.
