Candidate Profile

We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who will champion the careers of our Cerologists and the success of the business. This person must thrive in managing daily operations and helping the business grow. They should confidently oversee client service, HR management, local marketing/PR, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities. A passion for the beauty industry, ongoing learning, and community engagement are essential.

Position Summary

The Studio Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operation and management of the business and leading a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. They will work closely with the manager to oversee HR, marketing, customer relationships, and financial accountability.

Essential Functions
  • Client acquisition, experience, and retention
  • Inventory management
  • Local marketing, community engagement, social media, and PR
  • Staff recruitment, hiring, management, development, and retention
  • Studio upkeep, including managing cleaning checklists and reporting safety issues
  • Executing system-wide promotions and loyalty program growth

This role ensures maximum operational efficiency, delivery of client expectations, staff training and development, and business profitability. It involves overseeing legal compliance and license validity for all employees, ensuring high-end client experiences.
