Position Overview
As a Sales Agent at Mirador, you’ll be on the front lines of an expanding business that delivers over 1,000 inbound leads each month—giving you a steady flow of potential clients. This role comes with no desk fees or annual brokerage fees, competitive splits, and the chance to earn access to our vast exclusive listings by closing your first three deals within three months. What You’ll Do
Client Representation
- Guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the entire transaction process with expertise and integrity.
- Showcase properties and conduct showings, pointing out key details that address client needs.
Lead Conversion & Relationship Building
- Leverage 1,000+ monthly inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, actively listening to their preferences and goals.
Negotiation & Closing
- Present and negotiate offers to secure favorable deals for clients, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Collaborate with our in-house closing department to ensure seamless contract execution.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood insights to help clients make data-driven decisions.
- Provide strategic advice for maximizing property value and investment potential.
- Work closely with our listing department to promote both your own listings and Mirador’s extensive portfolio of properties.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities, benefiting from our team’s decades of collective experience to continuously refine your skills.
- Use our state-of-the-art CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and log client interactions.
- Access marketing resources, automation tools, and property databases to stay ahead in a competitive market.

- Over 1,000 Inbound Leads Monthly:We generate between 1500-2000 leads for our agents each month. With most brokerages agents are responsible for their own lead generation, or at the very most are handed low quality and inconsistent amounts of leads. At Mirador we have an entire lead generation system that will qualify and distribute leads to you on a daily basis.
- Robust Support Teams:Benefit from a dedicated listing department, closing department, and administrative assistance.
- Seasoned Leadership:Collaborate with agents whose cumulative experience exceeds a century in New York City real estate.

Qualifications
- Licensing:Active NY State Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Sales Experience:1+ years in real estate or a proven track record in a high-volume sales environment.
- Client-Centric Mindset:Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication:Excellent verbal and written skills; able to build trust and rapport swiftly.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with CRMs, digital marketing tools, and real estate platforms.
- Team Player:Open to collaboration, mentorship, and contributing to a supportive office culture.
