About the Role
We are seeking a talented Licensed Associate Psychologist to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Licensed Associate Psychologist at BES, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with ASD and their families. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evaluations for children with ASD
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and traditional counseling techniques
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes
Provide psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults with ASD, including behavioral interventions, skill-building, and social skills training
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ASD diagnosis and treatment, and incorporate this knowledge into your work
Master’s degree in Psychology is required.
Completion of an internship, preferably APA-accredited.
Possession of (or eligibility for) a license in the state of Maryland.
Experience in assessment and in delivering behavioral and educational interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults.
Skilled in psychological testing administration, interpretation, and diagnosing and treating developmental disabilities.
