Tree of Life Counseling Center in Freehold and Princeton seeks full-time licensed counselors (LAC/LSW) to join our supportive private practice. The role offers a 30-35 hour work week with a guaranteed base salary and comprehensive benefits, including credentialing assistance and a dedicated administrative team.

Clinicians work with diverse clients on anxiety, trauma, family concerns and LGBTQ+ support, with telehealth options and fully furnished offices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients in Freehold/Princeton locations.
• Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development; utilize Telehealth as needed.

Tree of Life Counseling Center, LLC is a family-owned and operated mental health private practice serving the community since 2016. Headquartered in Freehold, NJ, with an additional location in Princeton, we are a growing practice made up of a dedicated team of clinicians and administrative professionals.

We provide a warm, welcoming environment where clinicians can focus on what they do best—providing quality care to their clients. Our two locations offer more than 50 therapy rooms, including specialized spaces such as group rooms, children's craft rooms, and sand-tray therapy spaces.

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients and specialize in areas including anxiety, trauma, family concerns, LGBTQ+ support, EMDR, and more. We are in-network with most major insurance panels and have a growing waiting list of clients seeking services.

• Guaranteed base salary of $50,000-$60,000 for full-time employees

About the Position

We are currently seeking full-time licensed counselors to join our Freehold and Princeton teams.

This full-time position offers a 30-35 hour work week with a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive practice environment. We provide credentialing assistance and a dedicated administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities, allowing our clinicians to focus on client care.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working some evening hours, with availability until 8:00 pm as needed.

Due to our growing client base and extensive waiting list, qualified clinicians can start seeing clients immediately.
