Tree of Life Counseling Center is seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW or LPC) for a full-time practice in Freehold, NJ. The role offers a guaranteed base salary plus hourly rates based on licensure status, with a full benefits package and strong administrative support.

The successful candidate will work a 30-35 hour week, enjoy telehealth options, credentialing assistance, and a collaborative, patient-centered team environment, with evenings possible up to 8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC).
• Licensed in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients.

• Guaranteed base salary of $50,000-$60,000 for full-time employees

We are currently seeking full-time licensed counselors to join our Freehold and Princeton teams.

About the Position

This full-time position offers a 30-35 hour work week with a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive practice environment. We provide credentialing assistance and a dedicated administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities, allowing our clinicians to focus on client care.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working some evening hours, with availability until 8:00 pm as needed.

Due to our growing client base and extensive waiting list, qualified clinicians can start seeing clients immediately.
