Role Description

The Licensed Associate Counselor will provide individual and group counseling services to clients, conduct intake assessments, and develop person-centered treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues on case consultations, and participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings. The counselor will coordinate care with other providers as needed, follow ethical and legal standards for counseling practice, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for clients and staff. This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Amboy, NJ, requiring consistent presence at the office during scheduled hours.
