Role Description

A Renewed Mindset, LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our growing practice in Mesa, AZ. This position is ideal for those who hold an active Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) LAC license and are ready to provide clinical services under supervision as they work toward independent licensure.

As an LAC, you will:

Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling to clients across diverse backgrounds.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in regular clinical supervision (as required for licensure) and ongoing professional development.
Engage with a collaborative team of counselors with varying specialties and approaches.
Have opportunities to learn the business side of private practice, including marketing, billing, and client retention, for those interested in opening their own practice in the future.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
Active LAC license in the state of Arizona.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to culturally responsive care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group practice setting.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate Documentation.
