Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising salon operations
• Support and develop hair stylists and coordinators
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to meet revenue and sales goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

• Valid state cosmetology or barber license
