Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who can lead on the floor while keeping the client experience personal and premium. You’ll mentor stylists, manage the appointment book in Zenoti, ensure clean and compliant operations, and contribute to local marketing to keep chairs filled.

This is a full-time leadership role that blends hands-on styling with business savvy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state where applying.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, solid communication skills, and basic math for inventory/cash.

Responsibilities

• Keep it Clean & Compliant: You’ll help ensure the salon meets all State Board and OSHA standards—because a safe salon is a successful salon.


• Marketing Pro: Help execute local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep those chairs full and the brand buzzing.

The Must-Haves (Requirements)

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.


• The Commitment: This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).


• The Hustle: You’ll need the physical stamina to stand for long periods and the dexterity to perform all salon services with precision.


• The Skills: Previous leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, basic math skills (for inventory/cash), and stellar communication are non-negotiable.
