Hair Cuttery in Warrenton, VA is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who loves styling and guiding a team. You’ll be the right hand to the Salon Leader, balancing hands-on services with leadership duties to keep guests happy and the floor energized.

You’ll mentor stylists, coach using the IGROW model, manage scheduling, and help ensure safety and cleanliness to meet state and OSHA standards. This full-time role offers growth into management and opportunities to shape salon culture.

Qualifications

• The Cosmetology license is required for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication, basic math for inventory/cash handling, and a positive attitude.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

• Keep it Clean & Compliant: You’ll help ensure the salon meets all State Board and OSHA standards—because a safe salon is a successful salon.
• Marketing Pro: Help execute local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep those chairs full and the brand buzzing.

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.
