Qualifications

• Active AlabamaCosmetology or Barber license required.
• Experience as hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
