Sport Clips Haircuts in Lake Oswego, OR is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations and lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist who wants to advance into leadership while continuing to provide quality men’s haircuts and grooming services for clients in a locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.

What We’re Looking For

• Active OregonCosmetology or BarberLicense
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
