Sport Clips Haircuts in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an motivated, licensed Assistant Manager who is passionate about leadership, client experience, and helping a team grow and succeed. This role offers ongoing paid training and real advancement opportunities.

You will lead daily salon operations, coach and motivate the team, recruit and onboard stylists, and partner with the Salon Manager to drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license required or actively licensed.
• Prior salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Confident performing men’s and boys’ haircuts on all hair types.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of products and ability to coach retail performance.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Available 30–35 hours per week.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week

Compensation includes:

• Hourly pay: $16–$25 per hour based on performance
• Average credit card tips: $475+ per week
• Average cash tips: $225+ per week

• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Product knowledge with the ability to recommend products and coach retail performance
