What You’ll Do

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

• Provide high‑quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team‑focused salon culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Commitment to delivering a great client experience
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
