Sport Clips is now hiring for an Assistant Salon Manager to start immediately in our rapidly growing and exciting salon with a FUN ATMOSPHERE!

Our salon in Chambersburg is looking for an experienced assistant manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and the salon as a whole, and assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and stylists. The assistant manager’s core responsibilities include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The assistant manager will balance time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.

Our assistant salon managers typically average $27 - $33 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.
