The Manager-in-Training program provides hands-on development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations, with clear paths for advancement within Sport Clips.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber; leadership experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Desire to grow into salon leadership while maintaining hands-on hair services.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.

What We’re Looking For
