Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed architect for New Jersey with 5-10 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio across multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects in NJ.

The role requires an NAAB-accredited architecture degree and NJ reciprocity readiness, plus advanced Revit skills and familiarity with AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of wood-frame construction, building code compliance, and robust project management capabilities to handle

Qualifications

• Licensed architect in New Jersey or capable of reciprocal licensure.
• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
• 5-10 years of professional architectural experience with a strong portfolio in NJ.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Thorough knowledge of wood-frame construction practices and construction documentation standards.
• Knowledge of IBC, energy code requirements, and applicable state and local fire codes.
• Strong project management skills: manage multiple projects, communicate proactively, and develop contingency plans.
• Licensure preferred, or on a clear path to licensure.
• NCARB certified and eligible for reciprocal licensure in additional states.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and architectural rendering tools.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory submittals and NJ planning board processes.
