Job summary

The Thrasher Group in Canton, OH seeks a dynamic, licensed Architect to join our team. You will lead a capable group through design, documentation, and coordination with other engineering disciplines on a variety of projects.

Ideal candidates bring NCARB licensure, 5+ years of architectural experience, and proficiency with Revit, with strong client communication and leadership abilities to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with NCARB registration.
• Minimum 5 years architectural experience.
• Experience with Revit preferred.
• Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in client management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project design team across all phases of design.
• Prepare original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.
• Review architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplines.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural design work with other engineering disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate, select, and implement design techniques appropriate to each project.
