Job summary

BRR Architecture is seeking a licensed architect to join our national design practice, collaborating across retail, commercial and multi-family projects. You will contribute to design, coordination, and production of CDs and guide the project lifecycle from concept through completion in a team-based environment.

We value strong communication, mentoring, and readiness to operate in a fast-paced setting. Licensure is required, and professional accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and collaboration.
• Desire to mentor and teach emerging professionals; willingness to collaborate.
• Experience mentoring others in a design environment.
• Professional accredited degree in Architecture preferred; licensure required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Interest in design coordination and project lifecycle tasks.
