Allstate at Prestige Ford Garland is looking for a full-time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated, efficient at selling and quoting, and possess an excellent phone voice and demeanor. Strong communication and written skills, along with a positive attitude and a healthy work ethic, are essential. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties may typically include:

1. Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
2. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
3. Generating quotes
4. Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
5. Processing payments & reporting claims
6. Providing excellent customer service
7. Relationship building
8. Other duties as required or assigned
