Allstateat Prestige Ford Garland is looking for a full time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting and must have an excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills along with a positive attitude and healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.

Duties may typically include:

• Cross-selling existing customers with otherAllstateproducts
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes
• Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
• Processing payments & reporting claims
• Providing excellent customer service
• Relationship building
• Other Duties as Required or Assigned

Requirements:

Licensed P&C Agent

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
