Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for an onsite, full-time role. The LADC will provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, conduct intakes and assessments, and collaborate with the treatment team to support client recovery.

• Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually.

*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
