Job summary

The Formula, a premier luxury medical spa in Staten Island, NY, is hiring a Licensed Aesthetician to provide advanced skincare treatments in a high-end, patient-focused environment. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and ongoing education within a prestigious practice.

You’ll work with industry-leading technology and receive paid training, with compensation including a competitive hourly rate, performance bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Esthetician License.
• Minimum of one year in a medical spa or similar setting preferred.
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments; laser experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products
• Maintain accurate patient documentation while following all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
• Promote retail skincare products and treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results
• Assist with practice marketing initiatives, social media content, and client education
• Collaborate with our medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
