Job summary

The Formula – Staten Island is seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to provide advanced skincare treatments in a luxury med spa setting. You will work with experienced medical providers to deliver exceptional patient care and growth opportunities.

This on-site role offers access to industry-leading technology, ongoing education, and a path for advancement in non-surgical aesthetics within a patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Esthetician License required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred.
• Experience performing advanced skincare treatments; laser experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation while following all safety, compliance, and infection control standards.
• Promote retail skincare products and treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results.
• Assist with practice marketing initiatives, social media content, and client education.
• Collaborate with our medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
