Symbios Health is expanding our regenerative aesthetics and wellness platform and is seeking an experienced licensed Aesthetician to fill the position of Regenerative Health Skin Specialist and join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician or advanced skincare professional who is passionate about skin health, client education, elevated service, and the future of regenerative aesthetics.

At Symbios, we are not building a traditional med spa. We are creating a physician-guided regenerative health and aesthetics experience that helps clients look, feel, and age beautifully through advanced treatments, medical-grade skincare, and whole-body wellness.

Position Overview

The Regenerative Health Skin Specialist will provide elevated skincare services, skin evaluations, treatment recommendations, and ongoing client care within the Symbios Health ecosystem. This position will support our ARIA aesthetics platform, working closely with our medical, wellness, and client relations teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience.

The ideal candidate is polished, professional, warm, confident in client education, and comfortable working in a medical wellness environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customized facials, advanced skin treatments, and medical-grade skincare recommendations.

Perform thorough skin evaluations and create personalized home-care plans.

Educate clients on treatment options, skincare protocols, and long-term skin health.

Support regenerative aesthetic services, including pre- and post-treatment care.

Assist in building treatment plans that may include facials, peels, microneedling, laser support, biologic enhancements, and physician-guided procedures.

Drive skincare retail recommendations through thoughtful education, not pressure-based selling.

Maintain accurate client notes, treatment records, and follow-up communication.

Deliver a luxury-level client experience from consultation through post-care.

Collaborate with the ARIA and Symbios Health teams to support client retention and long-term care plans.

Maintain treatment rooms, product inventory, and professional presentation standards.

Qualifications

Active esthetician license required.

Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury skincare, wellness, or advanced facial treatments preferred.

Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines and treatment protocols. Knowledge in ZO SkinHealth, Hydrinity and SkinCeuticals is a plus.

Comfortable recommending skincare regimens and supporting retail sales.

Professional, polished, client-focused presence.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Interest in regenerative aesthetics, skin longevity, and whole-body wellness.

Ability to work collaboratively in a physician-guided health environment.

Compensation
