Qualifications

We are seeking licensed Aestheticians who are interested in a rewarding career in the medical spa space. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promote the patient’s well-being by providing the highest standards of care.

Experience Mandatory

• Perform client evaluations, including skin assessments, understanding patient goals, creating treatment plans, and explaining aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services such as hydrafacial, dermaplaning, spa-style facials, and light chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety: inspect the aesthetician room and maintain hygiene and safety standards (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing the room, etc.).
• Respect and honor the diversity and individual rights of our patients.
• Acknowledge and rectify mistakes; continually seek to improve your skills and industry knowledge.

Skills

• Proven experience as an esthetician.
• Working knowledge of medical aesthetics.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• Kind, professional, responsible, and compassionate.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Patience and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Valid esthetician license.
