Job summary

OPEN DOOR 2 MED SPA PLLC is seeking a licensed Aesthetician with at least 2 years of experience to join our medical spa team in the Mansfield area. The successful candidate will perform customized facials and advanced skin treatments, including dermaplaning, hydrofacials, acne facials, microneedling, and chemical peels, while driving product sales and client education.

We offer an hourly wage plus a tiered commission pay scale.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetics License (or dual Cosmetology/Esthetics).
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Passion for skincare, product and skin knowledge, and client education.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized, results driven facials and advanced skin treatments.
• Familiar/Certified in Dermaplaning, Hydrofacial, Acne Facials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and product sales.
• Educate clients on their skin health and prescribe personalized at-home regimens.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment room and spa environment.
• Meet and exceed spa retail and membership sales goals.
• Build a loyal guest base through exceptional customer service in person and online.
• Help with social media to capture aesthetic content, client transformations, and educational videos and reels.
• Coordinate with management to post promotions and engage with the community online.
