Requirements

• Perform client evaluations, including skin evaluations, desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services such as hydrafacial, dermaplaning, spa-style facials, and light chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety: inspect the aesthetician room and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing room, etc.).
• Respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes; seek to improve skills and industry knowledge.
• Must be full-time.

Skills

• Proven experience as an esthetician.
• Working knowledge of medical aesthetics.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• Kind, professional, responsible, and compassionate.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid esthetician license.
