The role involves delivering treatments with warmth, managing multiple clients, reviewing records, handling payments, and tracking follow-ups in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN) required.
• Ability to multitask across client treatments without losing focus.
• Punctual and dependable, with flexibility to stay late when needed.
• Adaptable, quick learner with long-term commitment to growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver every treatment with warmth and a genuine smile for a high-quality client experience.
• Manage multiple clients efficiently by leveraging downtime in treatment protocols.
• Review client records (UMRs), process payments, and scan the Alle app before escorting clients to treatment areas.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, input ALLE points, and conduct post-treatment reviews.
• Clean and prep treatment rooms immediately after each client leaves to maintain a sterile environment.
• Wash, fold, and put away laundry throughout the shift to ensure supplies.
• Maintain machine longevity by proper cleaning techniques and careful handling.
• Keep the wet bar, bathrooms, and treatment rooms stocked throughout the day and before shift close.
