Job summary

Aspen Hope Center is seeking a licensed or license-eligible IOP Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based care for adolescents in a half-time, 20-hour/week program in Basalt, CO. You will lead structured groups, provide individual plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.

The role emphasizes clinical documentation, family engagement, and adherence to ethical standards, with opportunities to contribute at events and committees as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and active or licensure-eligible in Colorado.
• Registered or eligible to register with DORA (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Willingness to credential through payers as licensure allows.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• 1–2 years of counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured adolescent group therapy sessions focused on healing and skill-building.
• Lead art-based, mindfulness, and movement activities to promote expression and resilience.
• Complete IOP admissions paperwork and assess eligibility for participants.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatric provider and multi-disciplinary team for integrated care.
• Complete discharge paperwork and plan next steps after discharge.
• Facilitate family support and education sessions as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per policies and regulations.
• Adhere to ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements.
• Attend IOP team meetings and supervision; participate in committee work as needed.
• Represent Aspen Hope Center at events and complete additional tasks as requested.
