Passages is seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor for the Passages Alcohol and Drug Treatment Unit in Billings, MT. The role involves managing client caseloads, conducting SUD evaluations, and providing individual and group counseling services in a 8am-4pm (or 4-10s) schedule.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Human Services and Montana LAC certification or equivalent, with required drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have Montana State Licensed Addictions Counselor Certification (LAC) or be certifiable within one year.
• Must pass federal workplace drug screening and background check.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide individual treatment services.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions.
• Conduct regular reviews of client files and administer SUD evaluations.
• Collaborate with pre-release centers, probation officers, and other referral sources.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
