Qualifications

Master’s degree from ACAOM-accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing acupuncture and therapeutic massage.
California Acupuncture License active at time of hire.
Demonstrated knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments to determine TCM diagnoses and treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans.
Provide acupuncture treatments according to TCM principles and best practices.
Perform complementary therapies (therapeutic massage, cupping, moxibustion, etc.).
Educate patients and caregivers on self-care, lifestyle, and nutrition.
