Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong foundation in Medicine and Oriental Medicine and integrate these perspectives into patient care.
• Proficient in Acupuncture, diagnostic techniques, planning treatments, and safe needle insertion.
• Experience with adjunct therapies such as Moxibustion.
• Knowledge of herbs within Oriental Medicine, including safety and contraindications.
• Current NY State licensure as an Acupuncturist and graduation from an accredited program.

Role Description

The Licensed Acupuncturist is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The role involves documenting care in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards, educating patients on treatment goals, self-care, and preventive strategies, and monitoring clinical progress to adjust interventions. The acupuncturist will collaborate with other clinicians, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and participate in practice meetings and continuing education activities as needed.

Qualifications
